How tired are you really?
The Epworth questionnaire is the internationally established standard for assessing daytime sleepiness — 8 situations, 2 minutes, instant scoring.
For each of the following situations, estimate how likely you would be to doze off or fall asleep — not just feel tired. Refer to your usual life in recent weeks. Even if you have not been in a situation recently, estimate how it would probably have affected you.[1]
Your answers stay on your device — no data is transmitted or stored.
Important note: This self-test (Epworth Sleepiness Scale, Johns 1991) is for initial orientation only. It does not replace a medical examination or diagnosis. Regardless of your result: if your sleep or daytime tiredness troubles you, talk to a doctor.
